1) What is the transit time for orders?Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order, subject to stock availability. In general, domestic shipments are in transit within 7-15 business days. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. We do not ship our products on Sunday. The time taken for delivery may vary according to the location of delivery. In an unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order within 7 working days, we will send an email informing you about the same. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
2) Do you ship internationally?Yes, we do ship international to countries outside India. For all international orders, shipping and delivery charges would differ on country-to-country basis. We request you to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to know of the delivery costs depending upon Your location.There may be additional handling charges as well, since our products must go through airport clearance in India. Owing to numerous administrative rules and prerequisites of each country, we are unable to estimate the time of delivery of products for international shipments.
3) How will I know if my order has been shipped?Once the order is confirmed, customers can check their account page on our website from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment. 4) Do you levy shipping charges?For all prepaid orders we provide free shipping. For all COD orders below Rs. 499 we levy minimal shipping costs.
5) Can I place bulk orders?We’d love to curate gifts for you.For Individuals: A minimum of 10 quantity of a product will be eligible under bulk orders.For Businesses: A minimum of 20 quantity of a product will be eligible under bulk orders.To place bulk orders, write to us firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning all your specifications and budget pax and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all bulk orders.
6) Would you be able to ship to different addresses?You can keep multiple addresses in your account so that you can ship packages to your home, to work or to someone else. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, you can send it directly to the recipient.During checkout, when you get to the Select Shipping Options page, click Change Address to add a new destination to your Address Book. Each time you check out, you can simply choose from your stored addresses. You can also add or change a shipping address in My Account. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. Please not that once shipment is initiated, we would not be able to accept change of delivery address requests.
7) What to do if my package is damaged/tampered in transit?If you find a parcel is damaged/tampered in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, or, not handed over to you directly please contact customer service immediately. We will process an exchange as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
8) What to do if my package is lost in transit?We take complete responsibility if your package is undelivered to you within stipulated time. We will process an exchange as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
9) What if I do not receive my package?If you do not receive your package, kindly notify it to us at email@example.com. In such a situation we shall look into the matter and update you via email or call and will refund 100% of any payment you may have made.Note: If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
